Delegate Young moves to amend Com Sub for HB2007 on page 2, Section 20, line 26, following the words “altering medication” by inserting the following:

“or any non-medically necessary elective surgery done for cosmetic purposes not associated with correcting a birth defect, physical injury or deformity”

And,

On page 4, Section 17, line 26 following the words, “altering medication” by inserting the words “or any non-medically necessary elective surgery done for cosmetic purposes not associated with correcting a birth defect, physical injury or deformity”.
